3-way calling allows you to create an instant conference call between yourself and two other parties.

This feature gives you the option to add your company name and telephone number to a Directory Assistance Listing provider. This information will be maintained by a nation-wide database listing provider which will allow more accessibility to your company information.

The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature allows you to disable your phone from receiving incoming calls. If your voicemail is enabled while the DND feature is activated, all incoming calls will go directly to your voicemail.

Outlook Integration enables you to integrate your personal contacts in Microsoft Outlook. Using the Outlook Contacts tab in your service provider's Call Manager, you can perform a search of your personal Outlook contacts by name or company

This feature offers an inexpensive way to have toll-free number service for your business or personal use. Toll-free number service, offered in conjunction with voice and fax plans, allows callers to phone you for no charge regardless of their location inside the US or your location worldwide.

Allow callers to record voice messages when you are unavailable to answer their calls and then listen to the messages at a later time from any phone or your computer.
