With IP Freedom you can use a telephone adapter purchased separately or software on your computer to make unlimited free calls between all Callcentric members using your internet connection.

Local Number Porting (LNP), Keep Your Phone Number (Add-on) Keep your well-established phone number when switching to other service provider. While the transfer may take weeks we make sure your business keeps running with an assigned temporary number. As an extra service, your number transfer status is displayed on your online account.

Do Not Disturb The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature allows you to disable your phone from receiving incoming calls. If your voicemail is enabled while the DND feature is activated, all incoming calls will go directly to your voicemail.

Caller ID with Name Caller ID with Name allows subscribers to view an incoming caller's name and phone number on the telephone display screen prior to answering the call. This feature will only work on phones equipped with caller ID capability.

Caller ID Blocking You can prevent your phone number from being displayed by using Caller ID Blocking, a feature that is managed online from a subscriber's account page.

Call Waiting This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling your telephone number. | |
Call Return Call Return is a service that allows you to automatically call back the last incoming call without having to dial the number.
