You can receive an email notification when a caller has left a voicemail message. The message is attached as an audio file which can be forwarded to others or saved for future reference.
Voicemail
Allow callers to record voice messages when you are unavailable to answer their calls and then listen to the messages at a later time from any phone or your computer.
Speed Dial
This feature allows you to easily dial frequently called numbers using a two digit code from any phone
Music on Hold
This feature plays hold music whenever you place someone on hold. This makes it so that the party knows they are on hold, and do not have worries or concerns about whether or not their call has been dropped.
Caller ID
This allows a user to see the number that is calling, and makes screening calls a breeze.
Call Waiting
This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling your telephone number.
Call Log Viewer
Using the My Account portal, this allows a customer to view their call history for the last 30 days or download a detailed report of a specific time period.
