VoicePulse’s mission is to deliver an affordable, feature-rich alternative to telephone users.

For more than 100 years, traditional telephony remained largely unchanged, and residential telephone users in the year 2002 had little more functionality than the two generations before them. The few advances that did emerge came at a snail's pace.

That all changed in April of 2003 with the launch of VoicePulse’s broadband phone service. Within six short months, our engineers duplicated each of the “big five” calling features consumers had come to expect from traditional telephony – Caller ID, Call Waiting, Caller ID with Name, Call Forwarding and Call Return (*69). While traditional phone companies continue to charge extra for each of these features, VoicePulse includes them all at no additional charge.

In the following months, VoicePulse raised the bar by offering customers a suite of new and innovative features that just weren’t possible with traditional telephone service. Now, VoicePulse customers enjoy enterprise-like functions such as Call Hunt / Find Me, Multi-Ring, Anonymous Call Block, Do Not Disturb with Prompting, Enhanced Voicemail, Call Filters, Three-way Calling, and Call Transfer -- and we are again proud to be including all of these features at no additional charge.

Our engineers are proud to be building tomorrow’s phone service, and even more so to be building it for you. VoicePulse customers are among the most discriminating in terms of reliability, audio quality and functionality – and we welcome the challenge.
